Each BRASS LABO product is carefully packaged and shipped from our workshop in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
As each item is a unique, handmade product, there will be individual differences in wood grain and texture.
Please enjoy each product as a unique piece.
Domestic Shipping
・Free shipping for orders over 50,000 yen within Japan
・For orders under 50,000 yen, a flat domestic shipping fee of 1,000 yen applies
・We ship via Yamato Transport
International Shipping
All international shipments are delivered via DHL Express.
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
International Shipping Fees
・Asia: 4,000 yen
・North America: 6,000 yen
・Europe: 7,000 yen
・Oceania: 6,500 yen
