Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Free shipping on orders over ¥50,000 within Japan.

  • A flat shipping fee of ¥1,000 applies to orders under ¥50,000.

  • Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express with tracking and insurance.

International Shipping Fees

  • Asia: ¥4,000

  • North America: ¥6,000

  • Europe: ¥7,000

  • Oceania: ¥6,500

International Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local delivery conditions.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or related fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Time

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and Japanese public holidays.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference.

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Each piece is individually handcrafted. Variations in wood grain, texture, color, and appearance are part of the natural character of the materials and are not considered defects.

  • Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after the product has been used.

  • All international shipments are insured. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and will respond in accordance with the carrier's compensation policy.
