Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference.
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- Each piece is individually handcrafted. Variations in wood grain, texture, color, and appearance are natural characteristics of the materials and are not considered defects.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after the product has been used.
- International shipments are insured. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and respond in accordance with the carrier's compensation policy.
